Basically, I was born with a crayon in one hand and a paintbrush in the other. I am an artist, a wife, and a mom to two little boys. I've taken the long and winding road to get where I am with my art - but the winding road is almost always the most interesting.

I recently left my corporate job to focus more on my art and be able to be home with my boys. I paint [almost] everyday..- in the afternoon during nap times and then again in the evenings.

My art education has been ongoing over the years. Essentially, I lived in my high school art room and studied under Artist Bob Geroux. I studied studio art at Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY 1997-1998 and again in 2005 prior to being promoted out of state with my corporate job. I took more studio art classes at Bucks County Community College, Newtown PA in 2009-2010 where I studied under Cameron McMillon. Outside of the classes, I've focused on finding my own "visual voice" through the studies of other artists and lots and lots of trial and error.I believe in the work that I am creating and am confident that my own style and voice has finally emerged.
